蒲忠胜，男，土族，1973年2月2日生，教授，粒子物理与原子核物理专业博士，硕导

2003年毕业于兰州大学，粒子物理与原子核物理，理学博士。主要从事核反应截面测量和量子信息与量子计算科研工作。参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持甘肃省自然科学基金项目2项，主持完成兰州理工大学优秀青年教师培养计划项目1项，主持完成甘肃省教育厅研究生导师基金项目1项，主持完成兰州理工大学博士基金项目1项。获甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖1项。2010年获兰州理工大学“三育人奖”， 获得2007-2009年度优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。近年来在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录15篇，EI收录3篇。
